Your tasks
▪ Ensuring general IT operations
▪ Installation, configuration, operation, documentation and Monitoring of the various (physical and virtual) Server systems and network components
▪ Problem analysis and support/correction in the event of faults in the system infrastructure
▪ Planning and implementation of extensions and/or changes
▪ Support of client and network devices, also remote or on site
▪ Interface between IT and departments
▪ Proactive further development of the IT infrastructure and data security
▪ Merging business development with market and customer needs (SaaS, PaaS)

Your profile
▪ Completed training as an IT specialist System integration with professional experience or comparable education
▪ Good knowledge of the administration of Virtualization solutions (VMware) and backup solutions (e.g. ArcServe, VM Explorer)
▪ Sound IT knowledge in the area of ​​operating systems and Networks (Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10, Debian – Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Firewalls)
▪ Safe handling of Microsoft (cloud) applications and Services (Azure, Office 365 Administration, Exchange, powershell)
▪ Experience in dealing with monitoring services such as Nagios
▪ Practical experience in the field of helpdesk, User management and virtual environment
▪ Good communication skills and customer orientation
